Once again after many visits Bergland provided a friendly, comfortable and efficient service. Excellent food and wine included and welcome spa. Very convenient for village and ski areas. Cant wait to go back.

We have been very lucky to have been to the Bergland many times in winter and summer and never disappointed.
So we decided to do something different this year and go in December instead of January so we could go to Innsbruck and Mittenwald Christmas Markets by train which is so easy as well as the one in Seefeld.
It was so much easier booking direct with hotel independently this was our first time doing so helped by Iris and Sabine on reception for booking and transfers to and from the airport, will be doing this more often if we can go again.
Just a shame we missed the Krampus on the day we arrived as it had been a long day plus rained the following day and would not have enjoyed it as much but heard all about it from Mario so this is on our list for perhaps 2026.
We are always happy when we return as it’s just like a comfort blanket you feel at home and it all starts from when you arrive to when you leave, great family, great room, great staff and excellent food and lots of things to do on your doorstep so you can please yourself what you plan to do or just relax.
Look forward to returning once again in the summer.

My family has been staying at Hotel Bergland for over 25 years for both winter and summer vacations. Makus, Esther and team are fabulous. The hotel is in a prime location, the facilities are amazing and we are truly made to feel 'at home' with the personal touches and attention to detail that make this family-run hotel a stand-out vacation spot.
