My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most wonderful time. Teresa and her family were SO welcoming and we felt at home throughout our stay. The hotel is lovely, pool and garden- beautiful! Having access to bikes was super! The hotel is located in a fab position, easy to ride to both sirmione and Pescheria. 

All the more amazing considering my partner proposed to me out on the lake!

We were welcomed at arrival by the owners, and although we don't speak Italian and the hosts didn't really speak much English, we managed to communicate (most of the time).  The owners were very gracious and clearly wanted to make sure that we were comfortable.  The room was clean, as was the bath. The bed was slightly on an angle, but not very uncomfortable. I would certainly consider staying there again.

We've spent our summer holidays in this lovely hotel. The room was very clean, breakfast was good and the family who runs the hotel is welcomingly. 
The location is perfect, near to Sirmione (10' - cycling) & Dessenzano (20' - cycling). The hotel offers free bikes.
You can also find a few places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. I would really recommend this hotel if you like a peaceful environment.

Lovely hotel

Very nice owners and very warm welcome.  We really enjoyed our stay, though the hotel is situated rather far from the center. Cleaning every day. Great cappuccino and homemade breakfast. Free parking and beach nearby.
