We stayed with Crystal holidays over Christmas on a half board package. Hotel a little dated and although the room we had was fairly spacious the bathroom was tiny and required a complete refurb. Lighting was poor so anything that went into the wardrobe was lost forever. Food was poor and everything that should have been hot was cold. Wine was good and well priced at about 18 euros a bottle.  Limited choice at breakfast and you had to be quick to have a good choice on the salad bar in the evening. On a positive note the staff were friendly and attentive and there was a decent coffee machine for your morning caffeine fix. Lounge areas were comfortable but not very warm despite the log fire.  Would only recommend on the basis that the holiday was a good price.

Poor quality for a 4 star hotel

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is a traditional ski hotel, relaxed, amazing traditional Italian food. 
The staff were delightful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Excellent location for the slopes, only a few minutes walk. 
The only slight issue is that the walls are paper thin, but that would not put us off recommending this charming hotel. 
The spa has hot tubs and a sauna which were very much welcomed after a day on the slopes.

We were here last week as a family of 4 skiing with 2 teenagers. We had booked the half board option via CrsytalSki.
Pros:
1. It is very close to the slopes...just a 5 min walk to the lift
2. The waiters are wonderful. Worth mentioning is the tall gentleman called Marco and the newbie Jordan. Also lovely Gabriella. All of them were attentive and ready with a smile. They went out of their way to make our Xmas Gala dinner special.
3. The spa - it has a sauna and 3 hot tubs. Was fit for purpose

Cons:
1. The hotel never seemed warm enough. When we compalined we were told it was something to do with the town's heating system
2. The breakfast menu was VERY basic although the coffee is good
3. The rooms are dated and could really do with a refresh.
