Spotlessly clean Family run hotel.  Fantastic View.  Very relaxed quiet area which was perfect but only few mins by car to the center.  They just seemed to make that extra effort especially with breakfast but with everything really.  Very enjoyable. Hope to return.  Thank you.

Good location (bus stop nearby), really beautiful view, nice staff, good breakfast, fine room with kitchenette, the only disadvantage was short extra bed (for kid it’s ok, but be careful with teenagers).

Nice and very clean hotel. The family of the owner makes you feel at home.
Great garden with old olive and citrus trees. Clean pool.

Casa Chincarini is truly a family business. You meet the owners in the morning serving breakfast, in the afternoon in the bar or around the pool, etc. etc. Make sure to grab them from time to time to get a few tips - they know their area well. The hotel is very clean and nice, and so are the rooms, the bar, the garden, the pool, .... everything is setup to make you feel good. Please note that the common areas of the hotel do not have a lake view. Only rooms 101 - 106 and 201 - 206 do as far as I could see. Although I read about the kitchen for clients' use and the barbecue, I never saw any of the guests make use of them during the 9 days of our stay. They allow you to stay with pets, but are not very enthusiastic about them (we travelled with a medium-sized dog). The main drawback of the property is its location - it's about 2 km outside of town: uphill! I didn't find the walk very nice, as it is uphill and there are no pavements for parts of the way. There is a bus at 1 Euro per person which goes to town and back once every hour, but which we didn't try. We ended up going by car - there is one free parking in Malcesine from which you can walk nicely along the beach into town. The location is not perfect, but we paid 64 Euro per night for the two of us including breakfast (plus 5 Euro per night for the dog), and truly, I belive it is the best deal that you can make around lake Garda.

Casa Chincarini is a family run house set in a beautiful garden of olive trees, an oasis of tranquility and peace. It is in easy reach of the lake and from the center of Malcesine, and in an excellent position from which to enjoy all the activities and attractions that this part of Lake Garda has to offer. The atmosphere is cheerful and pleasant in the recently refurbished building For guests: Private parking, garage with surf and bike storage, well-equipped kitchen. In the large garden guests will find an extensive play area and a large heated swimming pool with hydro-massage function
