A wonderful hotel that our tour group used for five days. The lobby is decorated in a typical Swiss style and so is the very large restaurant/dining room. Our room on the ground floor was clean, spacious, albeit sparsely  furnished but that was OK. No refrigerator. The bathroom was clean, had a hairdryer, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, only one towel per person. The view from the balcony was amazing, we could see the Alps and the outdoor swimming pool. The service was always pleasant and efficient, everyone in the hotel spoke English. We had all breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, every day there was a large variety of delicious choices, refilled promptly. A big plus is a heated  indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

We rented an apartment through this hotel in Chamousaire, the minute we arrived the apartment smelled bad! the kitchen was poorly equipped, the boiler was rusted, toaster was burnt, there was no cutting board, no frying pan, no cutting knives, no kitchen towels, no tissue paper. The bedsheet had a 5cm hole, both shutters in the bedroom & living room & the balcony shade were all broken… AND when we complained asking for the missing items & for the fixing of the broken shutters & shade they accused us of being DEMANDING!!And at some point the hallway was cramped with shoes & stuff from the neighboring apartment!!
