Hotel Chateau Blanc

We stayed here for a few days of skiing with friends. They were two families so had booked into the nearby Planibel resort.

This is a charming quiet hotel at the edge of the town centre.

The room was small but perfect for just sleeping in. The bathroom clean and the shower was large but the water was a little inconsistent in temperature.

The Wi-Fi was not particularly strong in the room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed a nice quiet drink by the log stove in the lobby before heading out for dinner and also a night cap on the comfy sofa by reception.

Breakfast was good, decent choice of both sweet and savoury. Two types of cereals, two yogurts, cold cut meats and vegetables.
Self boiled eggs and plenty of pastries.

A short walk to the restaurants in the town and a 10-15 minute walk to the slopes at the other end of town at the Planibel resort.
There is a very good restaurant next door which was very popular.

We enjoyed the quiet simplicity of it all.

Super service, very cosy with nice breakfast. Super location with walking distance to Ski-Lift and city center . SKi storage with boot heater and good relax area with fireplace as well as winebar and snacks . There are also superior rooms at higher price with very nice size and features but even Std rooms are fine though not very large .
