The hotel is placed right at the city limits, you do not have to spend too much time to exit it and to head to the nearest ski area.  

Talking about traffic, there are enough parking places, even when the hotel is fully booked. I didn't noticed an underground parking area, maybe there is one.

Rooms: We had an apartment, two big rooms, one balcony, one bathroom. But all so spacious... And extremely clean. And very, very cozy. When set to the middle on the scale, the radiators were more than powerful. 

Breakfast/Dinner: The dinner dishes were good, for the breakfast has enough options not to get bored in seven days. 

Recreation rooms: Plenty of options - table tennis, playground (also outside, for the Summer time), table games room. There is also a pool, during the Winter is partially covered with a retractable covering system.

Staff:  Very friendly, very helpful.

Of course, they have heated rooms for ski equipment. At least three I've noticed.

The only regret: I did not tried the pool

This hotel simply sets the standard others should be trying to achieve. I've led well over 50 school and youth groups worldwide and this hotel is simply the best! Excellent rooms with good storage. Great ski room; cinema; table tennis; wonderful food and drink and really good organisation. I hope to return at a later date.

Best hotel I know of for young people and families

We have spent a very nice week at the start of Sept. 2018 in this hotel. The hotel is newly furnished, the personal is very kind, nice and young. Even the all inlusive is better than it is officially published. Sparkling wine on the ice is available during the breakfast time every day, the beer is not from Stiegel, but is also drinkable and always cold enough. There is variety of food for dinner, also for lunch is much more than snacks only. We habe been positive surrprised after coming to this hotel. The location is very good, on the right side of the road towards Krimml waterfalls. For using a car park you get a specific number for your place. Only my negative suggestion is that sometimes the soup was too much salted.
