We were a bit disappointed with the room this year as it was on the side with a tiny balcony - prefer the top floor at the back. Having said that the hotel is great, the staff lovely (and the same each year which is always a good sign) and the breakfast delicious. Can't do much about the busy road (or the dustman early mornings!!) but we love to sit and have a drink outside every night after eating at the lakeside. The Hugo spritzers are definitely the best. Hotel is clean and fresh and nothing is to much trouble. We will be back
