Great stay in good, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. 15 mins flat walk into centre of Riva but local bars and restaurants on doorstep. Breakfast has excellent choice-fruit/cheeses/meats/cooked items and coffee on tap. Staff always had smiles including cleaners when we saw them. Pool area clean too with towels/robes etc provided. Buffet finger food provided at 5pm and am sure some people had eaten main meal at lunch and used this as evening food. 
Would happily return.

Great Riva hotel

Well located hotel. Short walk to the lake and onto Riva Old town or Torbole.  But lots of restaurants around if you didn’t want to travel. 

Beautifully clean, large air-conditioned rooms. Spacious pool area with bar and food service and probably the biggest choice of foods on a breakfast buffet that I’ve ever seen!

The staff are all friendly, helpful and seem genuinely to want you to enjoy your stay at the hotel.

We couldn’t have made a better choice for our stay. We chose this hotel because we were unsure of how it would be in the town centre with regard to noise and temperature. 
And we made the right choice - just 2 minutes walk to the beach, max 10 minutes walk to any restaurant in town, and with high standard, well air conditioned rooms. Perfect since a heatwave hit the same week.

The breakfast was one of the best we ever had, hotel was well kept and well cleaned. Pool area and lobby bar was nice and we could relax both in the sun and the shade. Hotel does not have a regular restaurant, but the lobby/pool bar offers more than enough for lunch, afternoon snacks and even some dinner alternatives if you can’t be bothered to go out. Restaurants are never far away anyway.
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We rented e-bikes through the hotel, and they were delivered and picked up there. There’s also a car rental just across the street. 

Super happy to have stayed here! :)

Was there over Easter with family, granny and the dog. Rooms were spacious and the staff all super friendly. The location was just perfect just a stones throw to the lake. Breakfast is fab and later in the evening if u fancy they do a decent cocktail. Will be visiting again. PS dont often do reviews but had to for this hotel as it was great. The sun was shining which helped.
