Our arrival was after dark, we were following Google maps, this took us to the rear of the hotel, very tight little lane. The staff were very helpful and directed us to the car park entrance, which is off the main road. Check in was very easy and we were shown our room, which was very clean, the balcony of the lake view room was good, giving a clear view of Lake Garda, we couldn’t wait to see it in the morning. The view didn’t disappoint, stunning!
We dined in the restaurant, the service, food and surroundings are all very good.
For breakfast there is a good continental selection.
Overall a good stay.

We booked the hotel via booking.com, but there was some problems with the payment so we could’nt complete the booking .. We called the hotel and said, that we would like to book the hotel without booking.com .. The hotel says that it’s perfectly fine, it was an agreement for 14 days, and that we can just come and pay there .. When we arrived in Italy, 6 people, driven 1600km by car and with 3 agreed hotel rooms, he told us that he has no available rooms and that everything is fully booked .. So we were left without a place to stay after 22 hours of driving with a lot of traffic queues, and without sleep .. Bad service, he did’nt care at all, and did’nt want to help us find another place to stay ..

Dont even think about booking this place!!

Charming building, with marble all over and beautiful grounds, only 10 minutes walk to city center along the lakeside promenade. 
Parking available under the olive trees on hotel grounds.
The owner was nice and accommodating.
Breakfast was nice but very basic.  
The big downside is the level of maintenance - leaky faucet, bad mattress - felt like sleeping on water bed, TV set was terribly old, but who needs TV with such a view of the lake, and a great balcony to have coffee on!
All in all it was a good experience.

We stayed here for a week recently. We had a room on the second floor (number 24) which had a lovely balcony with a stunning view over the lake, which was only about 50 metres away, looking across at the mountains on the other side. Uninterrupted views of great sunsets with ever changing cloud and light. The room was very clean with aircon. The bathroom was a bit cramped but this wasn't a problem for us - we don't spend too much time in the bathroom when on holiday! The breakfasts were good - fresh meats, rolls and great eggs! The owner, Marco, his wife and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The beautiful harbour and centre of Torri was just a five minute walk along the lakeside. Would love to, and intend, returning to Hotel Garden for another holiday in the future!!

Some of the bathrooms are old but Very clean. Nice location on lake garda Very romantic spot you can Make à lovely evening walk to the village, lost of Nice small shop en bars/restaurants

The Hotel Garden is situated directly facing the lake and from its characteristic garden offers evocative sunsets over the lake. All the rooms are furnished with, internal and external telephone lines, Tv Sat, security safes, balconies and room service. It's conveniently located, being a few hundred metres from the historical town of Torri del Benaco and a short ferryboat ride from the Brescian part of the lake. The hotel boasts sporting activities such as: tennis, golf, horse.riding and sailing; all within a few minutes of the hotel.
