Hotel Garni Wenglhof

St Gilgen

After my one week stay at this hotel this summer, I can highly recommended it at first because of the familiar atmosphere and the way the lady that runs the place interacts with the hotel guests. All that you need is taken care of and every question is answered in a very friendly manner. The single room I had was quite basic and small but more than enough for my needs. The little balcony with the lake and mountain view was a great plus. Everything was very clean and tidy, both in the room and the rest of the hotel. A parking place is provided, free wifi (does not work very well  everywhere in the hotel) and a great breakfast every morning. 
The location is also great. Just accros the street from the lake. Very close to the nearby sailing club and a 10 min walk to the center. 
The prices are also fair! 
If you visit St. Gliegen and the Wolfgangs this is a very good choice to stay.
