Very nice hotel with clean rooms at a reasonable price.  The hotel provides free breakfast and has a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. The highlight is the very nice and accommodating host.  Makes you feel right at home.  I highly recommend this place.

This is a nice little hotel where the owner also operates it.  Because I believe that only the owner REALLY cares, this is a critical factor.  Thus, when I urged the owner to correct the problem with his showers, I believe there will be a result.  Otherwise, this is a great location in the middle of the beautiful mountains of Austria and not far out of beautiful little Hallstatt, the reason many tourists are there in the first place.

It's small but is very nicely done and cared for. The hose spoke passable English and was very courteous. Price was reasonable and breakfast slightly more varied than you usually see here. 

Shower "door/curtain" was rather funky but it kept most of the water off the floor if you were careful.

Altogether a pleasant place with nice room. We would return if in the area.

We only stopped to eat lunch there. Very cozy with tasty rustic austrian food and very kind staff. Very nice surrounding with a hillside just outside the hotell. The food prices where in the lower range.
