I had such Unpleasant stay in this hotel: 
Receptionist- cold & rude even 
Owners are really weird mother & daughter.
Quality of food is not what I expected 
Coffee which they give for breakfast in a thermos 100% reused one, you can feel it as it’s taste like 💩 and food also 2 from 5.
Many people can have business but many doesn’t know how to handle it.
If you cook then make it great so no one can say that it’s crap.
If you have a hotel then add some passion to it and maybe then people will come and say that you did a great job.
But so far it’s a family hotel where only coldness and tasteless food.

Stayed one night here as part of a multi day hiking trip in the region. We had a clean and modern room with a fabulous view! Hotel managed baggage transfers required for our inward journey. We opted in for both on site breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was average but satisfying. Dinner was also a buffet which lends itself to some food types but not all and as we arrived late due to a long days hike, food was not as fresh as it might have been earlier in the evening. However we were appreciative of the ease to eat and stay in the same place after a long day. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was well located for arrival by foot and departure the next day by foot. Sauna and spa facilities were lovely.

My husband and I stayed here on the second leg of our holiday. The hotel is lovely. Spotlessly clean, well placed and everything you would want an Alpine village hotel to look like. The rooms were a really good size with a lovely balcony view of the mountains. The bathroom was big with everything you could need. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection to set you up for a day in the mountains. The staff were very polite and happy to help you whenever they could. Upon arrival we were given a free pass that enabled us to use the cable car and bus free of charge which was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and hope to return one day in the Winter season.

Our Hotel Niederreiter re-opened in July 2017 after a major renovation and redesign. We are perfectly located next to the lifts and ski slopes in the centre of Maria Alm. The vacation area offers lots of activities year-round, like hiking, mountain biking or skiing. The city of Saalfelden is only 5 km away, Zell am See 20 km. Arrive and feel comfortable – that’s our motto! Enjoy our relax-area with whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. On sunny days you can sunbathe on our lawn or swim in our bio-bathing pond. We serve typical Salzburger specialities in our restaurant and our nice sun terrace. And the best: You get tasty pastries in our own confectionery daily. Our rooftop terrace with a unique view of the mountains is the absolute highlight. Enjoy our home-made ice cream above the roofs of Maria Alm.
