They forgot our 4 months reservation and they put us to eat in a desperate room in the kitchen with an excuse. I was ballistic. 400 € x person for a ridicolous service and treatment. Unbelievable. I had tò fight tò get in the Main room and tò have a compensation. This confirms that the Michelin guide Is a mafia.

From the moment you arrive you are home. We had the pleasure to sleep in the Lea room and to experience 2 nights of very fine dining. We were so lucky as to be there on a night of seafood which is of course a little strange being in the high Alps but had a fantastic night! The other night we enjoyed the "local" cuisine and it is really beyond us why this restaurant does not have 3 stars.........The spa of the hotel is not so big but as with everything it is very well done. The staff deserve a lot of praise as they took our stay to the next level. We felt very comfortable and our room was a dream. No, it is no extremely spacious but you feel like getting a hug every morning you wake up. The house slippers are worth a special mention too.......Cannot recommend this amazing hotel and restaurant enough!!!!
