This is a beautiful traditional hotel, about an hour south of Salzburg. The team running the hotel were courteous, friendly and went to great lengths to make our stay as hospitable as possible. The food is great and the staff were especially accommodating for our son who is gluten-free. The hotel has there are good facilities for children, play areas inside and outside, including spa area and a small swimming pool at the back. There are great activities in the area, including some fantastic hill/mountain walks (beautiful scenery), and we recommend to get the Hochkönig card which provides some great benefits for exploring the area. Heartily recommend this hotel for families!

We had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is traditional but in good way. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The owners really care about the guests well being. Wonderful gem. We would definitely come back.

Outstanding unspoilt family run hotel ideally positioned for skiing - 10 mins walk to main lift station. Very welcoming - nothing is too much problem. Family rooms with adjoining rooms. Beautiful attention to detail. Food is absolutely delicious. Beer / wine / soft drinks all included along with daily afternoon cake! Very highly recommended. We will be back.
