Oberlech is car-free in winter and public indoor parking is available against surcharge next to the cable car station in Lech. Your luggage will be transported from the cable car station to the hotel.

We have had the pleasure of staying in the Hotel Sonnenburg, Oberlech around 15 times over the years. I have seen the hotel develop from a lovely 4* Superior into a wonderful 5* gem in Oberlech, due to the love and continued investment in the property and its facilities by the friendly and welcoming Gregor and Wltraud Hoch and their family.
The hotel has everything a 5* ski resort should offer - a bright, clean, spacious reception area, a large selection of beautiful and well appointed rooms and suites, fabulous spa and pool areas, excellent dining with a wide choice of fare at breakfast and a superb 5-course dinner in the evenings. To compliment this is the excellent team that are always ready to offer friendly assistance and advice if needed.
The hotel is also perfectly located in the quiet hamlet of Oberlech with direct access to the slopes. Guests also have the benefit of an onsite ski hire shop, which is operated by an excellent and very professional team who only offer the best equipment and are always ready to help.
The Sonneburg truly is a gem of a hotel - in both winter and summer and it’s always with sadness that we leave, but not without making our booking for the following year

We as a group have always had a wonderful time at the hotel Sonnenburg. I have only been 6 times but the rest of the group have been coming to the hotel for at
Least 14 years . They all know the owners and the ski shop personnel very well and count them as friends . 
The staff in the hotel are well trained , friendly and efficient, from the reception staff to the porters , waiters and cleaners . 
It’s a beautiful setting with ski and ski out . The food is great , especially breakfast . The dinners are varied and very tasty .

This was our 6 stay in Sonnenburg and we plan to come again next year. Great location (ski in / ski out), superb service, food and hospitality.

serve HOT dinners. Please do not wait with serve so all at same table can get at same time, since result is that some get "cold" food.
