Visited this Hotel in December 2024 / January 2025.
Overall - 
We did a lot of research looking for a place to stay for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. We had a great time in a really good atmosphere, just what we were looking for. 
People -
The hosts Jessica and Kevin could not do enough to make our stay memorable. 
Both Christmas and New Year, fantastic efforts were made to make sure the guests had a enjoyable time, gatherings in the lounge area with drinks and light bites followed by dinner, the team produced a feast for Christmas and excellent 7 course meal on New Years Eve.
Throughout our stay Jessica proved to be a star time and time again, delivering with an attitude that says " nothing is too much trouble" making us laugh, helping us with the area and what was available to see and do. This place has a real family atmosphere and we were made very welcome. 
Place-  
This is a very friendly place to stay it allows guests to bring their dogs which adds to the home from home feeling that you find on arrival. 
It has a nice bar / lounge area to relax and socialize in, good access to the main area of the town and close to the Ski lift and Thermal Spa. 
Rooms are clean with balconies or terrace quieter at the back of the Hotel, views of the mountains to the front. 
The showers in the rooms worked really well, a must for Hotels in my view. 

Would certainly return without hesitation, thank you for making our trip such great fun Jessica and Kevin.
