Because of good experience here before, we came back. It was not that good now. Rooms were still nice, quiet and good condition, but they were cold and it was not even winter yet. And the guy in reception was rude with attitude that customers are always wrong, not only to us but to others too coming at the same time. It is also not nice that you have to leave from the room by 10am or else you are charged extra.

Nice, ecological hotel perfectly situated for skiing and other outdoor activities. Very friendly receptionist manager that speaks approx 5 languages and always tries to help to make your vacation the best possible experience. 
Breakfast is good, not overwhelming, but enough choice. Nice staff in the restaurant as well.
There is a kitchen that allows you to prepare food, if you want to.

Good for families trying skiing for the first time

Booked hotel with family and planned the trip. They called next day and wanted more money from us. Customer experience from somewhere deep! Never again and cannot recommed to anyone.

Terrible service and customer experience

Easy hotel for skiers and little families. rooms are well equipped (little kitchen incl.) and it is very easy to reach courses from here. Reception is small but works ok. Good option for normal budget hotel weekend in Iso-Syöte.
