Not a very nice experience, I had to cancel booking, they just kept all my money £1100, 
Wouldn’t even consider any refund or cancel the cancellation so I could stay. 
Horrible family business. 
Tried to reason with them, I was not not made aware they would not refund me, day light robbery if you ask me.

Not good experience

My wife and I stayed here for a week using it as a ski holiday base to enjoy Zell am See as well as the Kaprun glacier and Saalbach & Hinterglemm. We arrived hours early for check in but were greeted warmly and made to feel at home immediately. The hosts Marco and Gitti were friendly and professional and could not do enough to make our stay special. Our room was spotless and well equipped and the breakfast they provide is a delicious mix of local fresh breads, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, pastries and more. 
The location is a 15m walk from the nearest ski lift so I would definitely recommend renting a ski locker and leaving skis and boots in there. This was only €9 per day for a double locker during our trip. Also the evening buses to Zell am See are not particularly reliable but you can either take a 40m stroll (much of which is beside the lake) or just grab a taxi for only €10 which takes just 5m.
Overall an excellent guesthouse run exceptionally well by a really nice couple.

Superb guesthouse

The WiFi is horrible. Rooms are small. Some staff move your stuff around when it’s not necessary. Good food. Raw eggs. Ok view. Not too far from the centre. Owners are nice but come off kind of creepy at some points.

I visit several times zell am see but this trip is definitely,i stay with my family family (wife And son) two night amazing hotel & Very clean , perfect breakfast ( Omelet delicious 👍) 
Space room very good with balcony and small  
room for my son amazing layout room 😇
Parking space and coffe machine serve self 2 Euro 24 Hours.
I have some pictures but my phone reset all and delete lovely memories 🙄
