It was a pleasure for us to host you in our Resort and I am sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially given the efforts we make to offer our first Guests an unforgettable wellness experience. In particular, I would like to clarify that our Resort welcomes only a limited number of children up to 11 years of age in specific rooms. We have a dedicated Kids Club for our smaller Guests open every day from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm. for children from 3 to 11 years old with games and entertainment organised by our Kids Assistant. Within the SPA World, younger Guests can exclusively access the level of the indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
 
Moreover, I am very sorry to read your comment regarding your experience in our Restaurant, and please accept our apologies if the service took longer than expected. About this, please rest assured that we will do all our best in order to continuously improve our service.

The resort is not so suitable for family with kids. there is no new year show . restaurant service is very slow .  there is no Sauna for kids . only turkish one ,which is not enough

Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti stands in the ski area of Madonna di Campiglio and is located in Pinzolo, the largest town in the Rendena valley.
