Room was dirty (full of dust)
Construction is really bad (pladur and pine)
No isolation at all...you hear all that your neighbor decide to do!
Not even one toilet paper for guest arrival

Dear client,

Our residence is not an hotel, in the descriptive of the residence you might have seen that the beds are made at arrival, we deliver toilet paper, and a rubbishbag just to start, for the rest of your stay you have to buy it yourself.
For the departure the end of stay cleaning is included except the kitchen corner which has to be left clean. We propose a service to do the kitchen cleaning for you.
This Winter season we had a lot of snow and we did what we could  to clean the roads etc.
We hope that you enjoyed the slopes and the sun.

Nice location, but that’s about it!  The snow is never cleared from the walkways, resulting in giant puddles and ice.  Bring your own toilet paper, clean your room and remove the bed linens when you leave.... If you have time maybe was the windows, no one does anyway!
If you’re driving, clear the snow from the driveway yourself while the employees are watching you! It will make their day!

Just enjoyed another stay in this location, still cosy and managed by a wonderful and customer oriented staff. With this year the Grand Opening of new lobby in main building, and be able to reach slopes directly, location got even better.
Being on the top of the resort, away from crowd but one step away from convenience stores, sport shops etc... Allow you to ensure a comfy holiday.

Still the best play to stay in Vars

Great location. Second year in a row we've stayed here. Spacious, comfortable, good matrasses (which is not always the norm in France ;-)), decent toilets and bathrooms and very friendly staff. Indoor parking, and as advertised, the chalets are actualy next to the pistes.
Very nice stay with the kids, we recommend this place: a thumbs-up from us.

I was with a group of friends in March, there was still a lot of snow. The chalets are nice, well organised with a lot of space. Some things that I hope they improved for this year - the access and the reception which was quite far from our chalet. And the indoor pool should be ready 'cause we're returning this winter ! It is not allowed to ski/board in the area between the buildings, they should also put a sign about skiing on the roof :) The stairwel roofs are steep enough for freestylers.
I forgot - they have elevators to help the guests move up and down as the chalets are on 3 levels. The personnel is very friendly and helpful

Perfect Lodging for Snow !
