The owner is really nice and kind. When we came he kindly took us to our room, and showed us around. Next morning at breakfast he kindly greeted us and gave us food. There’s a lot food to choose from , but i recommend apple jam. The room’s are cozy and warm. The hotel is at a perfect location (300 meters form stores, 100 meters form ski resort, and less than 350 meters form a few restaurants.) Andat the end of your stay, you get a gift.  i really recommend this place

This is a great option for Bad Kleinkirhcheim in both summer and winter. In winter, you are right next door to the Kaiserberg cable car (next to the car park) and also the Romerbad thermal bath / spa. So it is just an easy walk in ski boots to the gondola. In summer, you are also right at the main lift for the resort's primary mountain bike trails. The hotel represents excellent value for money. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host (Michael) is a very friendly and speaks good English.  Breakfast is typically Austrian and very nice.  WIFI is free and the signal is strong. There is plentiful car parking too. Highly recommended.

The place doesn't have a "normal" reception desk so for every question you have to search people around the house or call them via mobile phone. At our arrival the landlord was nice but he didn't gave us any additional information about the place, possible disscounts etc. Good that I cheked some possibilities for discount prior our arrival on the web and just asked him ourselves. On our last day I asked nicely if it is possible to stay in the room a bit longer, but they said NO, because other guest are always arriving early, so not even 30min, that would ment a lot. I understand that but if the check out time is at 10.30 and arrival at 14h, I think half an hour scholdn't be such a problem. Good that they care for their regular guests, but because of that we wont become their new regular guests...

Location is perfect, only few steps to Kaiserburgbahn and Römerbad thermen. 
The room was clean and provided a lot of space, breakfast was good with lot of "home made" food, such as jam, butter and milk. Ski room is clean and warm.

Carinthian pension with a family atmosphere and central located, just 100 m too the Therme Romerbad with 13 different saunas and opposite from the cable car "Kaiserburg"! Our house is equipped with ski storage room, ski boot warmer, a lounge with cabel-TV and enough space for parking!
