We were with a Intrepid group. The rooms are large with small bathroom. Well maintained property. No lift so numerous stairs for top floor.
What is lacking is an electric jug and cups so you can make a cup of tea in your room. It was raining and we went down at 8.30pm to buy a cuppa but it was all shut up. In fact a new arrival was trying to get in Nd reception was closed at 8.30pm although it states open until 9pm.
A electric jug in room is a normal expectation so was disappointed this was not provided. One should not have to leave the premise to get a cuppa.
Very clean and friendly staff.
Breakfast was excellent. Our evening meal was good also.

We were accomodated in winter time during Silvester. We were there 3 families. Rooms were clean, warm and scented. Breakfast and dinners were quite good. Owners were wery friendly. We will come back for sure.

Nice family pension

A nice little place in a quiet location with cute decor.

The rooms were warm and a decent size and had good soundproofing, while the bathroom was clean if a tad on the smaller side.

As noted in other reviews, the staff are quite surly and you don’t feel very welcome. But if like our group you can see the funny side of it, this is a good base in the Tatra Mountains region.

Very surly staff who don’t really make you welcome at all. The rooms are a decent size however the bathrooms are tiny, beds are lumpy. If you do need to stay here then ask for a room looking up to the mountains. The cleaning staff are also inconsiderate of guests needs and smash thru their routine talking at the top of their lungs to each other so good luck if you are after some quiet time.

In a quiet location. A family owned business with very good local food. The rooms are clean and modern although there are some stairs in some areas.
This is a good place to start hiking trips and is centrally located for the snow slopes in the area.
