The kitchenette usually includes a minimum of 2 hot plates, a fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery. (Apartments do not have an oven unless otherwise stated). Please also note that tablecloths, napkins, bathroom towels, bath mats, dishcloths, mops and tea towels may not be provided. Kettles, mugs, teapots and toasters are considered as English peculiarities and therefore not always provided.

Wi-Fi Please note that Wi-Fi access is via an external supplier and is not provided by Lagrange. Clients have to log in to the advised provider’s website and make payment to them directly. In the event of a problem Lagrange declines all responsibility and invites clients to contact the supplier.

Appalled by the quality of service for a 4-star residence... Every minor expense is optimized to the detriment of the customer.
You have to make the beds, do the dishes, and clean yourself; there's no shower gel or shampoo, no extra bedding (such as pillows, sheets, duvets), no linen changes, no proper coffee (only instant), no dishwasher, only one spa entry per stay, etc. Each of these services is only available by paying a hefty extra charge.
The beds and pillows are particularly uncomfortable. Worse than in a high mountain refuge – that says it all.
The manager told us it was a decision by the Lagrange group (without giving any further explanation) and that, in her view, this is perfectly acceptable.
After checking the French standards for star ratings, I find the approach of the Lagrange group completely unacceptable, even fraudulent. These practices should be reported to the appropriate authorities for scam and/or false advertising.
