We arrived with our 2 children to find the hotel closed. One of the residents (it is now private apartments) called the concierge and we were told that it has been closed for about a year. We were unable to contact RCI via phone or live chat, so we were completely stuck. How RCI could make this mistake is beyond me! 

Drove 8 hours to find it closed and nobody about!

Unfortunately this timeshare didn’t provide a great first impression but it’s worth sticking it out because it ended up being a great stay!

The floors were pretty dirty and so was the coffee maker. Our television remote was broken but the maintenance crew promptly replaced the entire tv for a working one. The shower head was in an awkward waist heigh location but we were able to work around it. 

Once we got through the first hour though, things smoothed out. Due to our proximity to the lobby, we were one of the only guest rooms with internet. And although some of the RCI reviews stated that the staff was unavailable, during check in we were told to use WhatsApp to contact them and they were very responsive.

The room worked out well for us with kitchenette and dining table. And as a huge bonus, the staff washed and dried our laundry for us twice.

We were pleased with our experience and the weeklong stay worked out well.

Not a great first impression but it’s worth sticking it out!

We stayed here for a week in Aug 2022 and enjoyed the summer holiday in the Swiss Alps, trekking the hills of Torgon. Our views after reading all the posts and staying there ourselves is that one needs to balance one's expectations vis-a-vis the cost for this property. We got this on an RCI exchange at a good deal and our views based on this cost-benefit ratio. Some points to Clarify. It is not a Hotel. It is closer to a serviced apartment. Les Cretes is apartment block of roughly 100 apartments, half of which have their owners staying there permanently and the the other half is what is offered for exchange. 
What you get- A large and spacious 2 room apartment which has all the trappings of a holiday residence-A fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds and in the hall one has 2 sofa cum beds. Four adults can stay comfortably, though they have no locks for the rooms or the bedroom, making privacy a bit of a challenge. Each apartment comes with a balcony and outdoor seating. 
What they do not offer is - No housekeeping for the week, Laundry change only once per week on a Wednesday and surprisingly no bathing soap or shampoo. There is no one at the reception on most times, but they have a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly. There is a concierge service for emergencies and also for laundry pickup. The laundry service is free for one machine load. There is no wifi in the room. For free wifi, one needs to go down to the lobby. We loved our stay here.

A Great Option for Stay in Swiss Alps-Its not a hotel but a Serviced Apartment

Nice view of the mountains. No cleaning services for the whole week. Dangerous road to access the hotel. Poorly maintained equipment in the gym. No sauna or swimming pool. No support at reception for the whole week.

Worth on winter only

Nobody was ever at the reception desk during our visit.  Beautiful views, somewhat difficult to get to as the road leading to it very winding with at least 20 switchback turns.  And the bedroom had ticks in it.
