Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the convenient ski-in/ski-out location, the nearby shop, and that you found the kitchen reasonably well equipped for preparing meals.

We are, however, sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the tired decor, firm beds, and the lack of bedding for the sofa bed on arrival despite informing us of your group size. Your comments about the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi areas in the spa are also noted, and we will review this with the local team to ensure higher standards are maintained.

We regret that you felt you had to plead for additional toilet paper and were told to purchase it yourself. We will share this feedback with the reception team to ensure our communication and service in such situations is more helpful and guest-focused.

The good stuff. Location was good for ski in and ski out; nearby Spar shop was useful, kitchen reasonably well equipped for making meals. But, it does leave a lot to be desired. Tired, worn decor, very firm beds, no bedding for sofa bed on arrival when we’d informed them there were 5 staying in the apartment. The spa is a nice place to visit, but, in desperate need of a good clean in the pool and jacuzzi areas. And finally, whilst this might be self catering accommodation, I would have expected to have to plead with the reception staff for more toilet roll to be told “you have to buy it yourself”.

We stayed at this hotel previously in January on a skiing holiday booked through Crystal. We wanted to see Flaine in the summer so decided to come back. In January we had a few niggly comments about lack of storage, however this visit we had a renovated room that had plenty of useful storage. There were definite improvements. The beds were also much more comfortable than our previous visit. I honestly cannot find a single fault with this hotel now. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots on English tv channels. Easy to cook meals in the kitchen. A lovely little walk down into Flaine (much easier without snow!) The staff were so friendly and helpful and greeted us with smiles everytime. The pastry delivery service is great. We will definitely visit again.
