Lovely staff, great location, excellent breakfast. If that’s all your after you’ve come to the right spot. 
Sadly everything else is way short of the mark: tired old rooms, drab decor, lack of communal area, and a spa that put us all off from even entering. I’m not sure of the regulations regarding stars but if this one truly meets the criteria for 4 stars I’ll eat my hat. Consequently the hotel is way over priced.

Very close to ski-lift Giggijoch, approx. 80 m. Two spacious and clean rooms. Very convenient ski-room with really working ski boots dryer. The kitchen fully equipped. Close to many restaurants, pubs, apres-ski, etc.  Helpful and friendly staff. We got free tickets everyday to swimming pool - Freizeit Arena in Sölden (only 5 min walking distance). Garage for cars available for free. Wi-fi for free in the room. The only beds are not comfortable, at least in my room. Breakfast is available, but rather expensive.

Great location, only 2 min walk to the liftstation. 
The hotel is in the mainstreet, but all the rooms have Windows away from the street so there is no noise.
Normal breakfast, dinner at another hotel about 5 min. walk. Dinner was buffet style and surprisingly good!

Staff were very friendly and helpful in giving advice on surrounding restaurants and ski rental where guests get a 10% discount. Stayed in an apartment room which gave plenty of space for the three of us. Bathrooms were roomy with a good stream of hot water in generous showers to warm up from skiing. Room is serviced every second day. The room was clean, tidy and quiet and had a nice view over the town and the surrounding alps. The downside was that heaters were not adjustable and only gave minimal heat which meant the rooms were a little cool especially in the morning. The best feature was the location to the gondola which was less than 100 meters away. Overall a good stay, however the price is at a premium especially during the ski season and around Christmas. I would be happy to stay here again any time !

It was really pleasure to stay at this hotel.  Rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast is tasty. Gigioch station is only 3 minutes walking. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and sport shops. The hotel is not noisy because of rooms are not in front of road. I would like to stay once again at this hotel!
