We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our prime location, the breakfast selection, our ski facilities, and specifically our pool and spa area after a long day on the slopes. However, we are sorry to hear that several aspects of the stay did not match your expectations. We would like to address your specific feedback:

We regret that your sleep was disturbed. As we cannot see your name on this review, we are unable to check which specific room you were in, but we generally pride ourselves on our high-quality mattresses. We wish we had known about your discomfort during your stay; we offer different types of mattresses and a selection of pillows that can be exchanged immediately to ensure our guests get a good night's rest.

Regarding the shower, ours are built to standard sizes, though we apologize if you found the layout inconvenient. We also wanted to note that while beverages are charged in the bar during tea time, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities are available inside your room.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the missed pick-up at the train station and the lack of information provided at check-in. We will review this with our team to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and consistent information regarding hotel amenities. Please remember that our reception team is always at your service should you have questions or requests during your stay.

Regarding the price, our rates do fluctuate based on high seasonal demand. If you are looking for better value, we highly recommend visiting in the summer season, when prices are lower and the scenery is just as breathtaking.

Nice hotel, very good location. Here are the pros and cons during my 4 night stay.
Pros: The pools/spa - such a nice feature to have after the slopes. There are 3 indoor/outdoor pools/jacuzzi's, steam room, sauna that can be used for hotel guests. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choices, fresh juices, never too crowded. The ski room was nice, easy to use with a seperate lift, secure with lockers for all your stuff. The room was nice, had a nice view of the Matterhorn, big balcony. The afternoon tea time is a nice touch with light snacks and cakes, though drinks not included. 
Cons: There is no iron or steamer in the room. They want you to use their laundry service which is extremely expensive. Total rip off. The bed and pillows are horrible. Pillows are so flat and small, the mattress is just a foam sponge, poor sleep for us. The heater in the room works too well. Could not figure out how to shut it off, had to open the window constantly to cool the room down in Jan. The shower is a joke, luckily there were 2 showers in our bathroom. The stand alone shower is WAY too small to use for a human adult. The tub shower was slightly larger. The fact that tea time does not include coffee or tea is also a shame. Other hotels include self service coffee machines or tea for free during tea time, here, nope. You have to pay for all that at tea time. For the amount of money they charge for the rooms, you would think that coffee and tea in the bar area would be included. Only in the room it's free. Walls are a little thin, you can hear people walking or running above you. And the shuttle service is nice, though they said that there would be a driver at the train station to pick us up, there was not. I had to call the hotel to have the driver come get us. They fell short on that part of customer service. Also, one of the hotel staff wasn't the friendliest. Maybe she was having a bad day, i don't know. They didn't explain much to us at check-in. We had to basically figure out everything for ourselves. Again, a little short on customer service. 
All in all, a good stay. You are really paying for the pools and spa. Not sure if I would stay here again, maybe if there was a sale or the rooms were cheaper would I come back.

The hotel is simply magnificent, just a few steps from the Sunnegga lift. The spa is five-star, especially thanks to its outdoor pools. The rooms are fully renovated, and the ski room is perfect, with super modern lockers. I can’t forget the pianist and the Italian bartender—both incredibly kind and highly professional.
Just one small remark: some staff members seemed a bit bothered when asked for something, but this did not affect our stay at all. It was wonderful.
I 100% recommend this hotel.

Very good property with outdoor and indoor heated pools, free pickup drop service from Zermatt station, breakfast was average, property is location within walking distance from main market area. Room had very large balcony with nice view of mountains.

I stayed at the Junior Suite "Klein Matterhorn" South during my visit. There is a large wooden beam just above the bed. You have to be careful every time you get on and off the bed. Everything was good in the room except for this. The hotel offered great breakfast and numerous spa facilities. I had a 5-course dinner and it was more delicious than I expected. Good choice in Zermatt.
