We had great holiday time with family, hotel is very family oriented, personnel is very proffesional, nice, always smiling, Food was excellent, every meal was fresh and delicious. Rooms are very clean, basin, whirlpool, steamroom offers great relaxation time.

Perfect service

We had a great stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied. This hotel offered a huge amount of facilities and the staff were very amiable. On one occasion when it was my brothers birthday we asked if the staff could possibly prepare a cake and apart from the fact that they did, and it was delicious, they didn't even charge it! 
The service was great and efficient and the rooms were spacious and clean. What we all really loved as a family was the catering since the food was always great and it was really easy for us to pop downstairs for a nice evening meal. 
Getting to the slopes was also relatively easy for us since we rented a car however there were bus lines which would have alternatively easily got us there. 
The only problem which I would note was that not all the staff knew English and most of the labels and signs on doors and facilities were in German so it was a bit tricky to understand most of the time! 
However in general we were very impressed and this hotel should definitely be a four star hotel!

Nice family run hotel, warm feeling and a very personal touch. Located at the edge of town with easy parking it is quite and great for a weekend of rest. Could do with a bit of updating in the restaurant and some of the bedrooms.
