Arrived late and found only one bed had been made up, the bed was a single and was far to small for two people, I had to sleep on the floor. Next day I asked for them to make the sofa bed up as there was no extra bedding, went out for the day and when we came back it had not been done, receptionist claimed she forgot. We also had a faulty shower rail so asked them to fix it as it was really difficult to shower as you had to hold the shower head in one hand, Anyway nobody came to fix it. Apartment was clean and tidy tho but found to be quite noisy in the mornings, think there are better places to stay 🤔

Better places to stay

We had booked a room for three nights from August 25th to August 28th. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night due to several issues we encountered during our short stay.

Our main problem was the unbearable noise disturbance caused by our upstairs neighbors. They were playing loud music and moving furniture throughout the night, making it impossible for us to get any sleep. We attempted to address the issue by calling the reception, but no one answered our calls.

In the morning, we decided to visit the reception in person to report the ongoing situation. To our disappointment, the staff was unable to assist us effectively, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience we had experienced.

We believe that the hotel's conditions were clearly violated, as we were unable to get a proper night's rest or enjoy our holiday. Additionally, we were surprised to discover that access to the spa required a separate registration, which was not mentioned in the description when we made our reservation.

Overall, our stay at your hotel was far from pleasant, and we were left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and the conditions provided.

Basically happy with our room nice view, clean & warm, with a lovely view, lovely hot shower with all the kitchen essentials needed available.

no English channels on TV the bed was very small ideal for kids but not adults? Sofa bed hard for sleeping on.
A major hike from city centre up a very steep slippery hill although reception said only a 10 minute walk and path way to apartment entrance very slippery this should have been cleared, 3 bedroom apartments were open planned? No privacy, more sofa seating is needed and blinds to fully cover window.

We have recently booked a room with them for 4 days and 8 people. Due to Coronavirus travel restrictions all over Europe (including in Poland itself), half of our group had to cancel their trip (two are from Spain, two from Czech Republic). In addition, due to the high probability that attractions in Zakopane will be closed, the entire trip made no sense anymore. One day after we made our reservation, the Polish government announced severe measures to restrict travel and the spread of Covid-19.

So, due to these new developments, and only ONE DAY after making the reservation, we asked to cancel it. The manager states that he CANNOT return our deposit, but he could offer us a voucher... a voucher that has to be for the same amount of people and the same amount of days, and valid only until the end of this year. Who is going to use a reservation for a ski resort, for eight people, during a worldwide Coronavirus outbreak? Does he expect us to go skiing during the summer?

This is clearly outrageous and unethical behavior from people who want to profit from customers' misfortune. Nobody wants to fly to a country where museums and airports are closing, and supermarkets don't have enough groceries to sell. I imagine the hotel manager would not want to travel under these circumstances, yet he is forcing us to pay so he can profit.

Customers  need to know which establishments are unethical, so they don't book with them.
