I booked three double room for three nights from  26th of august till the 29th through booking .com. Which it supposed to be 5 stars hotel and Resort.But  i was very disappointed  and i have been  deceived by booking and the hotel they gave rooms with a wall view and no balcony ..and very rude staff his name is Peter ..and after long argument he agree to transfer us next day to there 4 star hotel down the road .

Haus Wolf is a hotel of the 70s which wasn't renovated yet but they built a new 5 stars hotel near. This means that both hotels are connected. Haus Wolf furniture is antique and the baths are old as well. By staying here you can have 5 stars breakfast and use the spa of the new hotel. For us Haus Wolf wasn't good enough even thoughg we had diagonal view to a small part of the mountain, the bed was quite uncomfortable and short. Therfore we moved to the Hotel Alpine (new side of the hote)  the next day. The reception and staff are helpful. You pay 15 euros to park the car and they bring your luggage to the room. Would be good if they renovate Haus Wolf as well.

This hotel seemed to concentrate on the wow factor to all the public areas which were all fantastic i.e. foyer, spa, pools, restaurants, bar etc. etc. but we were stopping in the old Haus Wolf section which was dissapointing to say the least. We had 2 rooms and they were both tiny with also tiny bathrooms, they had no safe, the beds were short in length and the pillows & duvets were horrible out of foam. The balcony was dark and in permanent shade with a rendered wall only 10 ft away. The location of the hotel was superb and the staff throughout were faultless and always tried to help. We were skiing so the balcony situation did not bother us too much as we did not spend too much time in the room but with only a few minor alterations we would have been much happier i.e. a safe, proper pillows and duvet etc. It was a pity really as the hotel has the potential to be absolutely superb throughout.

disappointing rooms with poor facilities but fantastic public areas

The bathroom is very tiny (2x2 meters), rooms small. Heating doesn't work. The old part is very outdated. Diner on the other hand very well, be beware of the high prices of drinks. A bottle of water costs 6.50 euro. Wine 30-40 euro or much more. They do the parking of your car (12.- per day) and bring your luggage to your room.

Wellness; problem that you have two parts, on is with textile. Not good to make the difference. Just 1 hot sauna, a stream cabin, some small warm sauna. This totally doesn't match with this hotel which claims to be 4 stars (and the wellness is also for the new part to be 5 stars).
Children run around, so little silence. So if you like some good sauna's this is NOT the place to go.

Tiny room and bathroom, outdated

were there in august 2014, the weather was not so nice but we had a good time in the inside and outside pool, the kids enjoyed themselves, the food was good, very nice buffet, quality/price in august superb! It was also child friendly hotel.
