Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points, as a number of statements in this review do not accurately reflect the reality of your stay.

Parking availability and pricing
At the time of your stay, paid parking spaces at CHF 15 per day were still available within the residence. The issue was not a lack of availability, but rather a refusal to pay the parking fee. In this situation, our team also informed you of several nearby free parking options that are accessible to our guests.

Allegations of towing threats
No threat of towing was ever made by our staff. The residence has clearly marked drop-off zones where long-term parking (beyond one hour) is not permitted without authorization. Regulatory signage is in place, but no verbal threats were expressed by our team.

Lack of parking solutions
This statement is inaccurate. We provide multiple parking options reserved for our guests, in addition to free outdoor parking spaces located very close to the residence.

Lack of information and guest support
Guests receive information through several channels:
• a detailed email sent five days prior to arrival,
• a courtesy phone call,
• a comprehensive in-room TV information system explaining the residence, facilities and surrounding area,
• and a full explanation during check-in.
At no point were guests “abandoned” or left without guidance.

Staff attitude and professionalism
This description does not reflect our experience. Our team proposed several solutions, which were repeatedly declined. Unfortunately, communication was made difficult due to aggressive verbal behavior, raised voices and interruptions that prevented constructive dialogue. Despite this, our team remained professional and solution-oriented throughout.

Reception hours and assistance
The reception is open daily from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. We mainly interacted with your husband, with whom all exchanges were courteous, complete and satisfactory.

Ski access and internal lifts
There are three different access routes to the slopes, served by three separate lifts. As in all ski resorts during peak holiday periods, waiting times can occur at busy hours, similar to ski lifts across the resort.

Signage, tools, and safety concerns
The area mentioned was not a public exit but an emergency exit and technical access, clearly marked as such. These routes are not intended for guest circulation.
Fire detection systems are fully compliant with Swiss regulations. Smoke detectors are installed in common areas, as required by law. Swiss legislation does not require detectors inside apartment-hotel units, which are classified as serviced apartments rather than traditional hotels.

This new development has been opened unfinished and it shows. They charge £15 a day for parking but they don't have enough of it so if you don't pay this crazy price you are told to 'not park on the road' and threatened with towing even in the drop down area, not very welcoming and where do they expect people with loads of ski gear to exactly park when staying here? 

The rooms are packed with new equipment but the showers flood and the windows drip, the pillows are like square bricks and the rooms so hot without any idea of how to reduce the heat. You are abandoned to watch an information video which provides zero information. The managers are untrained as are the senior staff, (which we emailed to advise of all issues and had a very uninterested response). The reception runs limited hours which mean there is no assistance and even if they were there, they can't help - we were wished 'good luck' by the manager only after being asked to move our car where we were simply unloading. The two internal lifts that service ski in and ski out are too busy and when calling them you are unable to get in for way too long - one of the days we had to walk down the snow with skis to get to the boot room, two levels. 

The doors around the hotel apartments are not yet signed properly and for a whole week a bucket with tools sat in the middle of an exit area. The stairs outside are wobbly scaffolding and I wasn't quite sure where I was going and how the safety had been considered, (we didn't observe one smoke alarm, maybe they were hidden?). 

The vibe on the slopes is they are having 'teething problems' I would say go enjoy the peaks but not with this many accommodation design leaks! I hope they listen to this review more than they did my complaint.

Went here recently for holiday and I could not be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by José and Evgenia!  I had a great stay because of them and I will be back again!

Great Resort!  Great People!  Great Vacation!

This is a brand new residence, combining the privacy of a well equipped apartment with the amenities of a hotel. It’s a modern, stylish building in a great location for a ski holiday.

Apartment:
- very spacious 
- nice view from the balcony 
- modern bathrooms
- well equipped

Location:
- it’s ski in / ski out if you’re an experienced skier. 
- For beginners and children going to ski school the bus picks up right in front of the building. 
- It’s about a ten minutes walk (uphill) to a small supermarket so we had food delivery to make sure we could cook
- we travelled with as a group of four children and four adults by public transport, which is totally doable. No car needed. 

Amenities:
- the kid’s play room is great for younger children. It’s right next to the bar / restaurant which is nice for parents looking for a relaxing drink / dinner
- the ski rental is in the basement if the building right next to the ski room, which is very convenient.
- access to the spa of the Bain de Hemerence (albeit for a entry fee) is very nice.
