The Pines Lodge, a RockResort

Beaver Creek

Enjoyed our second stay at Pines Lodge and will probably be back!  Nice rooms- quiet, clean and modern.  Lobby is spacious yet cozy with a fireplace.  Hotel is centrally located and is a short walk or bus ride away from town which is convenient.  We enjoyed the hot tub to relax after a vigorous day of skiing.  The restaurant is not affiliated with The Pines which is a bit strange but we enjoyed a nightcap and dessert with a live band which was great.  Coffee service at the end of the hallway in the mornings was clutch and we really enjoyed the bevi water station in the lobby.  Staff was friendly and attentive, and the on property ski storage was convenient.  Only negative was the ski in/out was extremely icy and quite frankly dangerous to navigate in ski boots.  Also, I had asked about spa services and was referred to Exhale located in The Park Hyatt but after several attempts to reach them (before and during our trip)  I gave up!

Clean, quiet and modern- close to town but in a little private pocket of mountains

This place truly feels like a second home.   Charming & classy & boutique like. We've had the privilege of staying here about twice a year for the past 4 years. 

The staff makes it so incredibly special.  While some of the past staff have since left and we miss them so much, the new hires have been so wonderful.  Kudos to the hiring team!  
Valets Austin and Braxton are so kind and polite and helpful!
Emely and Vanessa at the front desk were also fantastic!
Housekeeping staff were also amazing - the rooms are pristine and clean.  They quickly brought up a microwave (by request) and any additional items we needed. 
And it was great meeting the new manager Jack who is great!! (Prior managers Leiahana & Kyle were also great! - a legacy of greatness :)
To give an example of how wonderful staff members are  -  I was waiting for an elevator and was carrying a few drinks (from their awesome new seltzer dispenser) and TWICE a Beaver Creek staff member offered to get the elevator for me - that would be ***Heather*** and ***David*** -  they were so enthusiastic and friendly about it!
The location is so convenient -  with free shuttles or the option to ski out and it's only a 10 minute walk from the base of the mountain.  Close enough for convenience, but far enough to be away from the crowds. 
The views are so lovely. While we didn't dine at the Grouse Mountain Inn this time, just wanted to share the views from there during the day are stunning. 
Love the workout room, steam room, heated pool, and hot tub.  
So family friendly!   There's even a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor!!! 
We do miss the buffet breakfast that was included a year or so ago.
And would be helpful to have a small conference room for guest use in case work needed to be done or a private call taken.  
Regardless, we LOVE the Pines and can't wait to return and hopefully one day bring our grandchildren!!!

Yet another amazing stay!!!!

Lovely resort and customer service. Great pool area, and gym. Perfect location to go on a hike and over to the village. The room we had was large with a full kitchen, living room, and upstairs with a king and queen. It was perfect for the whole family.

Beautiful place

This place continues to be our favorite and only place we wish to stay when coming to ski at Beaver Creek. Our 6th time here and we can't wait to return. 
The rooms, location, amenities, and ESPECIALLY the staff (thank you Justin, Hannah, Austin, Ben and the housekeeping crew!! And how we miss Leighana, Kyle, and Stephanie and the old crew too). 

We are family of 3 and just LOVE staying here.  The staff are WONDERFUL.  The accommodations and amenities are excellent.  Feels like upscale home. 

Ski in and out with self serve ski storage and boot drying.  Beautiful workout facility with a STEAM Room. Outdoor pool/hottub. And a delicious restaurant. 

Can't wait to return!
