Biscuiteers and Heidi ‘Win a ski holiday bundle’ collaboration giveaway.
Please read the terms and conditions before entering the giveaway. Upon entering the giveaway you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be held accountable to them.
- Promoter details: the joint promoters are Biscuiteers whose registered office is at Unit 2, Greenlea Park, Prince Georges Rd, London SW19 2JD and Ski Zoom Ltd (T/a Heidi), whose registered office is at 63 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JZ.
- The competition is open to entrants who are UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Biscuiteers or Heidi, and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include Heidi's booking conditions here.
- How to enter: participants will need internet access to participate in this giveaway. There are two ways to enter - participants can enter via either or both methods stated below. Participants may enter once via the landing page and multiple times via Instagram comments. These will be counted as separate entries.
- Submit your name and email address via the competition entry page (https://www.biscuiteers.com/en-gb/pages/biscuiteers-x-heidi-giveaway) during the giveaway time period. One email entry per person. By submitting your email, you agree to receive marketing communications from both Biscuiteers and Heidi. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Visit the specified entry post on Instagram and follow these three steps: 1) Like the post, 2) Follow both accounts @biscuiteersltd and @heidi.holidays, and 3) Tag who you’d like to take with you in the comments. Each comment equates to one entry, so you can tag as many friends as you like for extra chances to win.
- Prize: £1,000 Heidi holiday credit to spend on a ski holiday of the winner's choice + 1x Biscuiteers Après Ski Luxe Biscuit Tin (RRP £55.00) and 1x Biscuiteers Say Cheese! Gift Box (RRP £75.00).
- The giveaway will commence on 6th November 2025 and finish on 20th November 2025. All entries must be received by 23:59 on the day of closure.
- The promoters reserve the right to extend this giveaway at any point. No entry submitted after this time will be accepted unless stated otherwise.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, automated entries, lost or corrupted entries for whatever reason.
- The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with, or indeed not connected to this competition.
- The prize is as follows:
- Prize: £1,000 Heidi holiday credit to spend on a ski holiday of the winner's choice + 1 x Biscuiteers Après Ski Luxe Biscuit Tin + 1 x Biscuiteers Cheese & Wine Gift Box. The £1,000 Heidi holiday credit must be used on a ski holiday package including flights, accommodation and airport transfers. The credit will be applied to the winner’s Heidi account on Heidi.com. If the base holiday price comes to less than £1,000, any remaining balance can be used for extras such as lift passes, ski equipment hire and ski lessons. The full amount of £1,000 must be spent in a single booking transaction, no cash difference will be granted if any of the credit is unspent. The credit is flexible to allow the winner to customise their holiday to suit their chosen duration, dates and preferences. If the winner's desired holiday package and extras amount to a greater value than £1,000, the prize credit will be deducted from the total holiday cost and the balance must be paid for by the prize winner. The holiday must be booked by 20th April 2026 and all return travel completed before 25th April 2026.
- There is no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The winner must book the holiday and be one of the passengers travelling. Other passengers under 18 years are allowed to travel as long as they are travelling with the winner.
- All Heidi flight inclusive packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. In the event of the winner cancelling their trip once it is booked, they will not receive a refund for the £1,000 credit. Any additional amount paid on top of the £1,000 credit will be subject to Heidi's usual booking conditions.
- Prizes are subject to availability. If circumstances beyond the promoters’ control make it necessary to substitute the prize, they reserve the right to do so with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The prize draw will take place once entry has closed. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries under a false name will not be accepted. The draw will be conducted using a randomised computer process.
- The winner will be notified via email or Instagram DM (depending on how they entered) with details of how to claim their prize. The winner will ONLY be contacted by this Instagram account: @heidi.holidays. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, Heidi and Biscuiteers will reserve the right (but not obligation) to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoters will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the promoters’ privacy policies: Heidi privacy policy, Biscuiteers privacy policy.
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by writing to Heidi at the following address: 63 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JZ.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Biscuiteers and Heidi.
- Biscuiteers and Heidi shall reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw this giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable. Any such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize winners agree that Biscuiteers and Heidi may edit, publish and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any survey response in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
