1. Search an extensive collection of resorts
With a vast selection of over 300 resorts at your disposal, the options for your ski holiday are pretty limitless! If you're searching online, use our filters such as 'beginner' or 'families' to find the right resorts for your needs. Or if you prefer, call our friendly team; they can search for you (for free) and send you some options.
2. Tailor the length of your holiday (and the days you travel)
Being able to choose the duration of your holiday and your preferred travel days means that you can often save money by not flying on the weekend. Had the time of your life last year - why not stay for two weeks this time? Or if you're torn between two destinations, why not fit two short trips into your winter? With Heidi, you get the flexibility of staying for as long or as little as you’d like.
3. Customise your transfers and add extras
Whether you prefer a comfortable private transfer, a cost-effective coach option, or even a train transfer to certain destinations, the choice is entirely yours. You can also leave behind the stress of arranging all the extras too - ski hire, ski passes, and lessons can be added when you book or you can add them later through our MyBooking app.
4. Choose how to spread the cost
You can now choose to spread the cost of your trip with monthly payments if you prefer, if you trip is more than 12 weeks away. Of course, you can also simply pay a deposit and clear the final balance 30 days before you travel, or pay in full at the time of booking.
5. Make change requests up to 7 days before travel
Has your friend expressed envy over the amazing trip you've planned and now wants to join? No problem! You can ask to add them to your booking. Are you curious about giving snowboarding a try but have already booked skis? Subject to availability, we can accommodate that change for you. With no administration fees from Heidi, our dedicated customer support team is just a call away. They will liaise with our suppliers and provide you with the exact cost of any modifications you wish to make - naturally, the earlier you make the change request the more likely there will be availability, but we will always do our best.
