Can everyone in the group fly from different airports?
Yes. Group members can fly from different UK airports, on different dates, and still be part of the same booking. If you've got offices in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, that's not a problem. We build the trip around your people, not the other way round.
Do we get a dedicated contact for our trip?
Yes. We'll assign you a ski expert who takes your brief, builds your options, and manages the booking through to departure. You're not dealing with a call centre - you've got one person who knows your trip inside out. They're reachable by phone, email, and WhatsApp throughout.

How does the free lift pass offer work at scale?

How do payments work for a Corporate ski trip or large booking?
You can lock in the trip with just a £99 deposit per person, with the balance spread over time before departure. Chat to your dedicated advisor about billing options. We can discuss how best to structure the booking to fit your company's expenses process. It's one of those conversations worth having early before the group has committed to dates.
What are the best resorts for a corporate ski trip?
The best corporate resorts have three things: terrain for every ability level, good infrastructure for large groups (transfers, hotels, restaurants), and excellent après-ski for evening events. Val Thorens, Méribel, Tignes, Val d'Isère, Chamonix, Saalbach, and Mayrhofen are all popular choices but there's so many more. Tell us your priorities and your advisor will narrow it down.
How do you handle mixed ski abilities across a large group?
At 20+ people, mixed abilities are almost a given. We'll recommend resorts with large linked ski areas so beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers can all find their level and regroup for lunch or après.
Can we arrange private ski lessons or a group instructor?
Yes, for the whole group or split into ability groups. A private instructor is often the better choice for corporate trips, giving you more flexibility on timing and keeping the experience tailored. Enquire about this early as ski schools in popular resorts fill up fast in peak weeks.
How do transfers work when 20+ people have different flight times?
Your advisor will plan transfers around your group's actual arrival pattern. That might mean a dedicated coach for people on the same flight, private vehicles for later arrivals, or a mix. We'll map it out with you in advance so everybody has a smooth journey.
What if some people in the group don't ski?
No problem. Non-skiers don't pay for lift passes or hire, they only book what they need. The best corporate ski resorts have plenty to do away from the slopes: spas, snowshoeing, mountain restaurants, and village life. A non-skier can still have a great trip.
Is the money protected if something goes wrong?
Yes. All flight-inclusive holidays booked through Heidi are ATOL protected (ATOL 11456). At 20+ people, you're putting significant money on the table and that financial protection matters.
What support is there if something goes wrong while we're away?
Our UK team is available 24/7 throughout the trip. As the trip organiser, you shouldn't be the one fielding calls at 3am about a delayed flight. That's what we're there for.
