A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of arrival for incidentals. This security deposit will be released within 30 days after departure once the apartment has been inspected and no damages were found. Please note that the service charge includes the final cleaning fee, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, utensils, toiletries, daily reception and the online bread delivery service.
