Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please inform the property in advance about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartment.
Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
