A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests planning to arrive after 19:00 are requested to contact the property in advance. A EUR 65 fee applies for guests travelling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. Beds are made prior to arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the dishes and the kitchen prior to departure. Failure to do so may incur a fee.
