Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via Olta 258, 23030 Livigno.
Please inform Chalet Charm in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours:
of EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00;
of EUR 30 from 21:00 to 23:00;
of EUR 40 from 23:00 to 00:00;
of EUR 50 from 00:00 to 01:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in after 01:00 is not possible.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
