I was staying at this place while attending a convention/seminar for emergency medicine in Bad Hofgastein. I stayed for 6 nights and was really happy with the accommodation and service. The room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom. The breakfast was always a nice start into the day with plenty to choose from for me. The hotel is conveniently close to the spa where the seminars took place (5 minute walk). The family who owns the place was really kind and always helpful.
I will definitely come back for the refresher seminar.

Lovely place to stay with a great location in the middle of the small town. Plenty of little bars and shops nearby. Room was clean and a large comfy bed. Price was very good too booked via booking.com 
Would most certainly stay again.

Nice place nice location

I stayed here in August 2014 for 8 days as part of my annual holiday. The hotel is well placed, with most of the village less than 5 minutes stroll from the hotel entrance. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, and the value is terrific. I paid just Euro280 for an 8 night stay. The breakfast in the morning is hearty, with a wide selection of cheeses, ham, fruit, cereals etc, not to mention soft boiled eggs and great coffee and juice. It really does set you up for the day. The owner is very attentive and will answer all your questions and queries. The internet is good and works everywhere, having been upgraded earlier in the year (so I was told). Although there is no bar or evening meal provision, there are several bars and restaurants within staggering distance.

One thing I would recommend is to try and get a room away from the front of the hotel. Village life starts early here, and I did get woken a couple of times with refuse collection and street cleaning, but nothing to spoil my stay.

I would definitely stay here again, without doubt!
