Beautiful spacious and well equipped rooms, bathrobe, good wifi, nice shower, nice  beds. It's a 5-10 minutes walk to the ski lifts, restaurants around the corner. Hotel is in the center of the village, very extensive breakfast, and the management of the hotel are really friendly. I highly recommended this hotel.

We stayed here for two weeks, was nice and pleasant, nothing major or fancy but clean and functional. Great location, centre of the village and a few minutes walk to shops and cable cars. We hardly used our car, everything was within walking distance.

I stayed there with my girlfriend and friends in February ´13. We were in Fiss to ski and needed a place to sleep and eat breakfast.
Price/quality ratio is probably good as this place is not expensive even during their main season.
our room was spacious but not especially clean. furthermore it was way to hot in the room and my girlfriend had a lot of sleep problems because of the extremely dry air.
breakfast was disappointing in every aspect! coffee and hot chocolate were more like rain water and the buffet was spartanic. although bf was paid for, we decided to pay for our breakfast in a restaurant next to the slopes - which none of us regretted.
of course, in a small village like Fiss, the location of "Platzergasse" was nice, as it was only a short walk away from the lift.
