Hello I've been snowboarding the alps since 1999 multiple times each year to different hotels each year,
And this hotel has just blown my mind.
We turns up ta the twin beds being together and as two blokes we had to ask for them to be re made as single beds and by the time i returned to the room they were done.
Boot room is clean dry warm and next to the free taxi outside. Who with a quick call will pick you up from the lift and bring you back to hotel.
All the staff in this hotel were great but a few stand out.
The bar....
We instantly made best friends with BALINTE the bartender, who knew to get you another drink just before you finish the previous one. Great to talk to and Excellent service every night.
The restaurant....
We had the absolute pleasure to be tended by VIKTOR and MARTINA who were professional,great to talk to and were happy to help with every request.
Vincent's cheeky manner always kept a smile on our faces.
I will be making a return trip to this hotel each year from now on

Food is exceptional , excellent quality , fantastic variation,  beautiful traditional dishes .
Staff are extremely friendly,    accommodating but yet not invasive 
House keeping are brilliant . We loved all the shapes they made with the duvets and the little chocolates were so appreciated. 
Reception staff are well informed , welcoming and top notch hospitality.  We arrived late , missed dinner but reception took us straight to the dinning room and gave us a beautiful cold plate of meat cheese vegetables bread etc , it was so appreciated. 
Rooms are well appointed , the shower is powerful hansgrohe and better than at home... toiletries smell beautiful .
The hotel is clean , but yet not stuffy that you are scared to breath...it has a relaxed atmosphere . The bar staff do a fantastic job keeping you well stocked up with drinks ...the spa area is amazing with a selection of steam, sauna,  quiet rooms, swimming pool , out door jacuzzi , all well appointed ....the activities that the hotel offers are great , yoga , sauna infusion , etc ...the shuttle bus staff are pleasant and work hard to picking you up or taking you into the town ....all in all this is a comfortable , relaxed , well appointed and a definate go again hotel ....re noise level, none except new years eve but thats to be expected ...fantastic new year's eve hosting,  could  not fault the hotel at all , gala dinner , entertainment , complimentary posh drinks , dj , pig roast , fireworks , fantastic experience .
