This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the security deposit of 200 EUR will be charged in cash on arrival for stays in the apartments and refunded on check-out. Please note that the sauna and infrared cabin only operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 17:00 until 19:00. Please register for the use of the sauna and infrared cabin in advance.
