The hotel staff was very nice and the room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. A bit noisy on the street with the window open at night but parking right out front. We would stay again. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very kind.
Breakfast (buffet) has enough choices and the room are fine. Beds a bit hard but ok. Shower is very small.
When you have a room at streetside you might have some noise from cars and people walking by (especially when you like to sleep with window open).
Price/quality is good!

We stayed in the hotel for a week for a skiing holiday.
The service was very good and they had a good breakfast buffet.
Everyday they brought us coffee at the table and you could request fried or scrambled eggs which the chef made in the kitchen.

Nice and friendly staff with a good housekeeping in the hotel who were cleaning the room every day perfect!

The bus stop for the ski lifts were just (max) 50 meters from the hotel.

All services who you need for a skiing holiday are in the hotel. A nice warm room to put your skis and ski shoes in to start the day good.

Definitely coming back to this hotel if I go to flachau again.

Good family hotel with breakfast and dinner for good offer during summer also including touristpass. Parking outside hotel small pool and wifi. Nice area to stay for walking, biking or go to visit other villages. Familiar atmosphere and nice people in the hotel.

Our family room was spacious and very clean, but the bed was so hard, not comfortable at all! Moreover the room was a bit outdated, would need to be renovated!
Good points: very warm welcome by the personnel, and very good breakfast buffet!
