Lovely hotel, great staff and a good selection of food. We were half board.
We had a lovely large room with nice decor, large balcony, fridge, bath with shower over.
My husband has Coeliac disease and needs to be gluten free. Speciial mention to Rocco in the restaurant who made sure he had a selection of food to choose from that the chef adapted to be gluten free. (They appreciate notice if you have special requirements).
We were given a ski locker in the basement a short walf from the Smith 4 man lift opposite the hotel.
Our only issue was the large number of children there and the accompanying noise. We weren't expecting this in January. There were families at breakfast and dinner with phones on loudspeaker having conversations and entertaining children, too noisy for is. We did move tables , on request, to avoid this.

Helpful  friendly staff, great location for skiing and good food.

Skiing here is a choice of very easy overcrowded baby slopes or extremely difficult blues that are really reds with extremely steep parts that the instructors have to show you a special side slide to get down, it was way too difficult for beginners, we saw one person helicoptered off on a stretcher, hope they were ok. I’ve skied twice before and found it very hard.

Rooms were fine, comfy beds but very noisy and manager could care less when we complained, 3 nights of kids charging around hotel after 10 o’clock slamming big doors opposite our room, noticed the manager serving himself a whole bottle of Prosecco at dinner but not extending that to guests with kids not willing to wait until midnight with small kids and lessons starting early the next morning on New Year’s Eve. New Year’s Eve gala is a joke!!! Annoying repetitive bingo.

Dining was nice but very repetitive food, staff excellent in dining room besides the awful manager.

Scenery is fantastic and town is a short walk with nice cafes. Get the small hot chocolate.

Pubs and apres ski entirely overcrowded, gave up trying to get a drink with 50 people in front of me and queue not moving.

Kids ski lessons badly organised, starting point is miles away from parents starting point and both starting at 10am, impossible situation. Carrying 2 sets of skiis for miles  not fun.

Kids were supposed to have colored vests for their group to keep them together but didn’t, complained but nothing happened, my 8 yr old son fell off the very large ski lift going up the mountain and nobody told me about it except him himself 

Bus connections at airport were disorganised, not clear at all where to go

Ski shop has dangerous steps use to queue that I saw a girls half kill herself on

Lockers are further away from the slopes than your room, don’t bother

Still managed to enjoy it but Jesus they didn’t make it easy!

Almost forgot the awful misogynist on our lesson who was also on our bus, present at dinner every night, yes, you are stuck with the folks on your bus from the airport, hope your group are better than ours! 

We went with crystal ski from Dublin, reps were nice despite bad set up.
