We deeply apologize for the distressing experience you had during your stay and regret the numerous issues you faced.

Waiting outside in the cold due to not receiving the access code is completely unacceptable, and we will investigate why this occurred to ensure it does not happen again. The lack of hot water, unclean and broken amenities upon arrival, and the unsafe bathroom conditions are entirely against the standards we aim to uphold. We will immediately review our cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols to prevent such incidents in the future.

The charges for pre-existing damage and cleanliness issues are especially concerning, and we will review our damage assessment process to ensure fairness and accuracy. It is never our intention to treat any guest unfairly, and we will address your concerns with our staff to improve their professionalism and communication.

We take your feedback seriously and will use it to make meaningful changes to our operations. We are truly sorry for the disappointment caused and will strive to improve the experience for all future guests.

I am extremely disappointed with the stay. We had to wait 2 hours in the cold at 8pm before we were let into the hotel as the code was not sent to us. We had no hot water for 2 days despite being told it would be off for a few hours. When we arrived the carpet had black stains, the drying rack was broken, the vacuum was broken and the cutlery was dirty. We did not have a problem with this due to a cheaper price, however, the fact we were charged for the state of the room before we arrived is diabolical. Despite it being dirty upon arrival, we were charged 100 euros for leaving our room in an “awful state” even though it was cleaner than when we arrived as we got up 3 hours before leaving to make sure the room was left cleaner. we were charged for not vacuuming the floor although the vacuum did not work. We were charged for the toilet being dirty, however the paint in the toilet was faded when we arrived. The bathroom showers did not have a mat, making the floor extremely slippery and dangerous causing one member of our group to slip and hit their head. I have never been spoken by hotel staff this poorly, and had a hotel stay so disappointing. I tried to explain the situation to one member in particular and I was shouted at and not given the chance to speak. We decided to stay at this hotel as the price was reasonable, however after experiencing it i am extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. We are a young group of adults and the hotel staff took advantage of us for this. Please do not stay here.

The claim of damages and the €800 fine is concerning, especially given your description of the state of the room and cutlery upon arrival. We will reinforce our inspection processes to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and properly checked before guests check in.

Hello, I don’t usually write reviews but after staying at this shoddy excuse of a hotel I feel a duty to warn others who are visiting in the future, firstly we were made to wait out side at 8 pm in the -14 degrees for 2.5 hours and secondly on departure we were told that there was a €800 fine for damage the damage was finger prints on microwave, mirror and stains on the floor which we did not cause and when we went to eat our first meal on the first night after eventually being let in the cutlery in the draw wasn’t clean with food scabs on them.
 
We were left without hot water for 72 hours and when we asked about it we were told 2 hours max and were dismissed like door mat
