A damage deposit from EUR 400 to EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
