Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An end-of-stay cleaning fee starting from EUR 65 is not included in the price for some apartment types. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning option is upon prior request. Please note that a free fitness room is at your disposal at the residence. Pets are allowed for EUR 10 per day per pet. One parking place per apartment is available free of charge. Please note that daily cleaning is not included.
