A security deposit of EUR 300 - 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Beds are made upon arrival, except sofa beds, convertible beds and bunk beds.Towels and end-of-stay cleaning fees are included in the price (except for the kitchen and washing up). Reception opening times: Sunday to Friday: from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30 Saturday: from 7:00 to 20:00 The residence provides a bakery service, a grocery delivery service and a food baskets (with meals for a week) for an extra fee. The aqua-relaxing area is available upon reservation. People under 18 years old cannot access the aqua-relaxing area. Between 1 and 3 passes to the aqua relaxing area are offered (depending on the accommodation type). If you book your accommodation and wellness treatments at the same time, a 20% discount is available. This applies to treatments made from Sunday to Thursday before 16:00.
